Dialogue Across Difference Facilitation Sessions (LTL)
Our goal during these sessions is to convene members of the community and begin healing together during trying times surrounding race relations and unconscious bias.
Any individual or group interested in learning how to navigate difficult dialogue around these topics is encouraged to register for these trainings.
Companies and organizations may request to host an LTL community session at their facility.
Attendees will leave the training with the following information:
Differences between Debate vs. Dialogue
Facilitation Tips and Strategies: Strategy for answering difficult and polarizing questions about race, racism, and bias
Information on future LTL sessions will be announced soon.
