The return of the World Surf League's Championship Tour means one thing. The return of one of our most esteemed and favourite guests. 
 
Ian 'Ratso' Buchanan, NZ surfing royalty and head priority judge on the World Tour was good enough to field our barrage of questions about the season ahead and how the Kiwi contingent might travel.
