Bobby speaks with his former boss Steven Hager (editor in chief of Abakus, former editor in chief of High Times, creator of the Cannabis Cup and Counterculture Hall of Fame), who helped uncover the origin of the number 420s association with cannabis, and helped disseminate the idea of creating smoking ceremonies around it. This year, Hager brings it all back home with his 420 Eve event in San Rafael, California on April 19th.
