Katherine Brooke-MacKenzie is an experienced Colon Hydrotherapist, and an International Bestselling Author and speaker on the subject of holistic gut health. She runs a thriving gut health clinic in the South West of England. Katherine was initially trained at the National College of Holistic Medicine by Dr. Milo Siewert MD (Mex) in 2005, with further study completed at the European School of Colon Hydrotherapy. She also has a B A (Hons) Degree in Traditional Five Element Acupuncture, and has studied Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Driven by her own experience of emotional trauma and resulting poor health, Katherine committed to her own healing journey, creating a life that accords with the highest expression of her truest nature. She has spent countless hours researching, attending workshops, webinars, therapies and exploring what it means to be “healthy” within the realms of an individual’s self awareness.
