Today I am joined again by Tim Dahlby, fellow HR expert, and we answer 3 more of your questions. All of them have a figurative "water cooler conversation" tone to them, so it was fun. Our first question comes from a recently promoted employee who now supervises their coworkers who are a fair bit older than them. We also explore a question about a gag order around talking to other employees about recent job changes. Finally, we answer a question from a weary employee who is not sure how to react to the sudden presence of HR in an adjacent cubicle. We have a lot of fun, as per usual. Listen in and don't forget to send us your questions to contact@workplacelab.org!
