He has also written articles for the HBR, The Guardian, Forbes and Fast Company, to name just a few! Tomas has made over 100 media appearances, and has shared his ideas on TED, CNN and the BBC. He is also a keynote speaker for the Institute of Economic Affairs. He is currently the Chief Talent Scientist at ManpowerGroup, co-founder of Deeper Signals and Metaprofiling, and Professor of Business Psychology at University College London and Columbia University.

His commercial work focuses on the creation of science-based tools that improve organisations’ ability to predict performance, and people’s ability to understand themselves.
