To combat climate change the Carbon Free Boston Working Group that Mayor Marty Walsh setup up is pushing a $5 “congestion fee” to cut down the number of drivers in downtown Boston. Mayor Walsh told Dan last night the he’s “not a big fan” of charging private vehicles to enter a city.
