Hi, welcome to my new podcast. My name is Bryson. I am a black first-year student at Macalester College. I am using this space to talk about what it's like going to college during a pandemic, my experience as a freshman, some of the cool and interesting interactions I've had with new people and whatever else happening in my life as a college student. I am hoping that with this I can spark conversations and grow as a person. So, if you're interested in being a part of this journey, stick around!

22 JAN 2022 · This is a shorter episode that I recorded after a funny grocery store experience. This is also going to be the last episode under the Pandemic University title.
15 JAN 2022 · Yeah, I'm ranting about COVID19. At this point, everything from the government, to the media, and to celebrities just finds a way to frustrate me. Especially after Aaron Rodgers decided that using an MLK quote to justify not taking a vaccine was appropriate. So now I'm getting all of my thoughts of my chest.

8 JAN 2022 · Welcome back to the podcast! Sorry that I've been gone so long, with the way 2021 was, I needed to find a new way to approach recording this podcast. Now that I've started doing that, expect more episodes in the future. Today's episode is just a quick recap, so I hope you enjoy.

24 MAY 2021 · This is the second episode of the multiple-part series I recorded while in Chicago. In this part, Pierce and I talk about friendships and relationships during our respective first years in college. We also have a couple of side conversations here in there; this episode is a bit more light-hearted.
13 APR 2021 · Today's episode covers the topics of police shootings, violence and the fear around all of it. I won't lie, when I was recording this episode I went in with a very neutral attitude but by the time I finished recording I found myself so upset I was tense. I express my personal feelings and opinions about these police killings; I do not claim to be right or an expert about any of this. I also say things that aren't agreeable. I don't care that they aren't agreeable. This is a topic that needs to be talked about as much as possible, so if you have an issue with anything I say, you can message me on social media or send me an email.
30 MAR 2021 · After taking what seems like an eternity away from this podcast, I am back (again)! My birthday was only a few days ago, so in light of that, I thought I would talk about my relationship with birthdays in today's episode.
27 FEB 2021 · It's been a long time since my last upload but I am back! This episode is with Haris Ahmed, an extremely creative programmer, and entrepreneur. This conversation is all about artificial intelligence. whether it be in healthcare, news or just the digital space. So if you're at all into that, this episode is for you.

10 FEB 2021 · After getting multiple complaints (and rightfully so), I finally decided to record an episode with one of my closest friends, Luna. Luna will have one of the most interesting perspectives I've shared on this podcast, being bi-racial, multilingual, and a world traveler. Be prepared to laugh a lot and have no clue what's going on, because we go all over the place!

1 FEB 2021 · Today's episode is with Mac student Jane Slentz-Kesler—a vibrant, mindful, spiritual... yeah I've got a lot of adjectives. But seriously, this episode covers so much on the topics of healthy habits, choosing values, and doing meaningful things for the world. Trust me when I say this will be a very fun episode to listen to, so I hope you enjoy it!

28 JAN 2021 · Today's episode is a little more politically focused. After reading some texts for my political philosophy class, I thought it would be a good idea to share my opinions on the topic of reparations. But I also learned some new things too and I share my thoughts on that as well.
