Eric is former D1 soccer player and hs worked in the private and public sector of high school and college athletics for over 30 years. Before taking the job at CSDH, Eric operated his own sports consulting firm, which assisted student athletes and their families through the NCAA recruitment process. He had also recently assisted students in navigating the transfer portal and NIL (name, image and likeness) processes. Eric is a graduate of the MCAA program from Concordia University Irvine.

Lindsey was an All-American volleyball player at CUI before she got her MCAA from CUI and pursued a career in coaching.

Brenda is the most decorated player in the history of women's water polo.
