Kara has been acting and singing for the majority of her life and has recently had huge success as the lead role in Bill Kenright's musical - Cilla. Up until lockdown, Kara was also staring in Cabaret as Sally Bowles.
It wasnt all success though as Kara had struggled to really get her break but kept being persistent in her efforts to succeed.

Had a breather last week so I do apologise but we're back this week with a bang
Lenny Leonard aka @thelennylowdown is on the show today.
He's a 15 year Army vet and currently teaches his clients all the benefits of CARs - Controlled Articular Rotations.
We met a few years back in the London Techno Scene and shared the common interest of 130bpm, dark rooms and even darker bass but nowadays you can find Lenny teaching on his IG story the benefits of CARs and Stoicism.
Some key topics of the show include how the post army life take a while to adapt, how there is very little care for those leaving the army and not to over think everything we do.
