Rachel Chase is an integrative healer, counselor, coach, and guide. She has taught various forms of visual and performing arts for over 30 years. Rachel sees life as a sacred practice and loves to inspire others to awaken their spirit through play, compassion, and self-expression. Her experience as a mindfulness-focused, trauma-informed mental health counselor inspired her to create an online healing and coaching business in 2020.
She has trained extensively in various forms of yoga and meditation for over 20 years and is also a reiki master teacher since 2010.
