9: Letting Go - A Guided Meditation and Discourse
2 MAY 2022 · Letting Go - Such a simple phrase yet so difficult to do. Well it is actually impossible to do as long as you think that which you are holding onto is benefitting you in some way. If it is seen that it isn't the hands open automatically. Thus letting go means coming to see things as they are.
8: Soul Disconnect - Origin and Function of Trauma
26 FEB 2022 · Trauma is the psychological term but I think that Soul Disconnect is closer to the truth.
"Trauma is a psychic wound that hardens you psychologically that then interferes with your ability to grow and develop. It pains you and now you’re acting out of pain. It induces fear and now you’re acting out of fear. So without knowing it, your whole life is regulated by fear and pain that you’re trying to escape from in various ways. Trauma is not what happens to you, it’s what happens inside you as a result of what happened to you." - Gabor Mate
GP takes that a step further and shows how we have become estranged from our true selves. This is the real trauma and the cause of all suffering.
7: Med How To Go Within - A Guided Meditation
21 FEB 2022 · It is almost cliche. "Go within" "The answer lies within" "It is all within you"
So exactly where is within? In the chest, the solar plexus, the 2nd or 4th chakras? Within is not a place. It is not a locality. It is a place in the dimensionless Spirit.

4: Nothing But Mind
18 FEB 2022 · It is one of the most fundamental precepts in all of Buddhism, that there is "nothing but mind." That means matter or objective reality is only a concept and not an actual fact. That is a lot to ponder but it is worth the effort.

18 FEB 2022 · Meditation can be the simplest most natural thing to do. It is not that meditation is hard. It just requires from us a very different way of being then we are used to. We are trained to focus our attention outward almost constantly.
In this meditation we take the simplest route inward, using simple body awareness as the doorway to deeper experience.
