Join Dr. Charity C. Campbell in a one-year journey to holistic health. Currently, at the age of 34 (7/10/85), she just completed a 100 Day Consistency Challenge in which she trained and ate food according to her health and wellness goals. As of today - after losing a total of 135 lbs (62.1kg), she is in the best shape of her life and looks forward to the remaining 58 lbs left to lose.
Over the next year, Dr. Campbell will focus on achieving her nutrition, fitness, career, spiritual and psychological goals and looks forward to sharing her ups (and downs!) with you!
