14 SEP 2024 · Are you stuck in the fat-burning zone but still not seeing results? Many people think burning fat during exercise equals fat loss, but the truth is more complex.
In today’s episode, we’ll discuss the difference between fat burning and fat loss—and why understanding this can transform your fitness journey. We’ll debunk the common myth that staying in a low-intensity "fat-burning zone" is the best way to lose fat. You’ll understand why your body burning fat doesn’t necessarily translate into fat loss.
We’ll also discuss how your body uses calories for energy, how to track your caloric intake and burn, and the importance of quality nutrition in maintaining a calorie deficit. I also highlight the dangers of restrictive diets and share efficient ways to burn calories throughout the day.
I address the widespread myth of targeting belly fat and offer a comprehensive fat-loss approach, combined with regular monitoring of body composition and overall progress, which is far more effective than belly fat exercises.
So, whether you’re struggling with stubborn belly fat or looking to kickstart your fat-loss journey, this episode is packed with actionable insights that will help you create a sustainable daily routine for lasting fat loss. 31 AUG 2024 · In 2021, over 38 million Americans (11.6% of the population) had diabetes, mostly type 2, while 97.6 million adults had prediabetes, a precursor to type 2 diabetes. Although millions of new cases are diagnosed yearly, particularly in those over 45, the condition is often reversible with lifestyle changes.
In today’s episode, we’ll talk about the severe health risks associated with untreated diabetes and the need not only to understand and manage diabetes but also to take proactive steps to reverse it by adopting healthier habits. I’ll share my journey of helping my father control the condition, which has led to significant improvements in blood sugar levels.
Additionally, we’ll discuss three common dietary mistakes many people with diabetes make and the importance of a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, proper nutrition, stress management, and sufficient sleep, in controlling blood sugar levels.

3 AUG 2024 · The Lancet Commission on Prostate Cancer projects that annual global cases will double from 1.4 million in 2020 to 2.9 million by 2040. Additionally, annual deaths from prostate cancer are projected to increase by 85%—from 375,000 in 2020 to nearly 700,000 by 2040.

29 JUN 2024 · Stem cell therapy has multiple benefits for older men, including regenerating damaged tissues, anti-aging, joint pain relief, and inflammation reduction. A 20-year study in France involving patients booked for knee replacement surgery showed that 80% of the patients who received bone injections didn’t need the surgery 15 years later.
My guest, the renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Jeffrey Gross, has observed older patients in their 70s and 80s recover from multiple pains and aches through stem cell therapy. I invited him again to the podcast to help us understand how we can use regenerative medicine to improve joint health, vitality, and longevity.
Dr. Jeffrey explains the ethical sourcing of stem cells, the significance of the latest MRI technology, and the power of exosomes in promoting healing.
