Make more money, secure more clients, build a healthy pipeline, have fun, etc. The reset you do on yourself is much like the one you do with your computer when it is bogged down, running slow and not responding....CNTRL, ALT Delete. Now learn how to CNTRL, ALT, Delete your actions/thoughts that are bogging you down, making you run slow and potentially unresponsive.
Resetting is a practice that I use in my business and life. It is a great way to gain clarity, move into momentum and gain results.
The first time I did this, I felt like a new person in 30 Short days. I had clarity like never before and started seeing results change quickly! I quickly identified my reality, refreshed on who I wanted to be when I started the year, leaned into the power that I must make change in very short amounts of time, extracted the disempowering thoughts, and then created an amazing strategy. This 30-day sprint led to amazing discoveries, re-engaged my motivation, and allowed me to see rewards quickly. It also provided the path forward to my success and it not just being a 30-day flash.

13 AUG 2024 · Would it surprise you to know that you most likely speak to yourself in a manner that you would never to a friend, loved one or peer! The thoughts that flood our mind on what seems to be an "automatic" program can be the thoughts that prevent you from achieving success.
The words "I am" are truly the most powerful words. Whatever you say after, "I am", will be what you receive! So, if you say something like "I am an idiot", "I am not worthy", "I am a failure", "I am never going to make it", or, "I am less than others", you are placing that into motion and this is what you are going to receive.
You can change your "I am" statements to make them empowering. "I am powerful", "I am successful", "I am worthy of all great things", or "I am amazing", you will put that into motion, and you will start to receive.
Yes, some can see that this is just an affirmation yet when you combine it with the "Thought Flow Model" (ep. 1) you can make it more than an affirmation!
In doing this, you will also impact your worthiness. You will become someone that you maybe haven't been in a long time or ever.
Remember, we have approximately 60,000 thoughts a day and 80% of those are negative. So, it makes sense that our "I am" statements left unnoticed will most likely be negative!

If your only motivation is to “sell on more unit” or to “have one more closing” is likely to dwindle if you do not have a bigger reason as to why you are doing what you are doing.
You have most likely heard, “Know your BIG why”. For some, this can be challenging because, as adults, we have been “trained” to stop dreaming. And for many, if a big why is attached to tangible things, there may be a sense of “not worthy”. Or, not able to dream big enough or compelling enough.
Your Why (reason why you are working and doing the “hard”) should be exciting and include the following elements:
Tangible
Measurable
Impactful to yourself and others
Public
NO EGO

30 JUL 2024 · If you are an entrepreneur and not quite reaching the heights or goals you have set for yourself, have you ever considered it may not be "what" you are doing? It might be the thought strategies you have around your business strategies that are causing you too not reach those goals.
In my private coaching practice, I use a specific success formula that has helped multiple entrepreneurs achieve their goals, create wealth, and enjoy the journey. It takes you out of the "do more mentality and into the RECEIVE MORE" reality!

23 JUL 2024 · One of my favorite sayings is "A body in motion stays in motion"! Did you know that a Business in motion also stays in motion?
When we "opt out of motion" simply because things are not working, we are essentially putting our business in reverse and giving up on our future selves.
Many times, we surrender when the strategies we created during our business planning do not work. We toss our hands in the air, acknowledge defeat, and then default to old strategies that got us to previous goals. While this may seem better than "losing" you lost. So many times, I hear brilliant entrepreneurs say, "if I just can do what I did last year, my business didn't go backward". Really??? If you give up on your future self and goals and go backward to an old goal, you truly did go backwards! Do not let yourself con yourself into that belief!
What if I told you that the "how" may not show up until you have reached your goal? Your original "how" may not be the how that gets you to goal.

9 JUL 2024 · In my years as a coach, I get to experience speaking to a lot of business owners, realtors, entrepreneurs, who are asking for guidance. What I notice 95% of the time is, when asked about their business, they tend to ONLY share the negative and what is NOT working. Then when I do ask them to share some good things with me, it can take a moment for them to even come up with something. The reason being is that they have spent so many days, weeks, months, strictly focusing on everything that is bad. As the universal law states, "what you focus on, expands" so it is only natural that the bad expands and the good retracts.
When is the last time you focused on the good? The great thing or things that you do that make you feel a sense of pride or happiness? If it has been so long ago that you struggle coming up with a list of things, STOP and spend some time here! This can be one of the key activities you can do to enhance your mindset and business.
Take a moment and acknowledge that there is more RIGHT with you than WRONG with you. If you don't agree, it is simply because you have given most of your attention and time on negatively judging yourself and all the "bad" things.

2 JUL 2024 · There is incredible power in being 100% YOU! Many times, we fall into a belief that if we want to be successful, or have a certain life, that we need to emulate someone. We start to morph what we say or do to be more like the person we want to be most like. This can be both in your business world and personal world.
I remember early in my corporate life, I had 2 powerful mentors that were helping me on my journey to upper management. I soon found myself mimicking them and drifting more and more away from ME. This mimicking can only take you so far and then the people you interact with will know that you are not being authentic. They will realize the person they were drawn to was really a persona and not congruent, authentic person.
Much of the time we do this as we see it as our path forward and sometimes, we do it so we can “avoid” the things about ourselves that we don’t like or don’t trust. Our “shadow” (ego) self if what we often are attempting to avoid. Our Shadow is everything that we are not. However, it can’t be ignored and pushed away. You may try to ignore it but, you will be constantly reminded that it is still there.
Join me as we delve into the importance of being your most authentic self and how to learn from your “shadow” and to accept the part of you that you don’t like. If you don't repair it, you will constantly be disrupted in your daily activities.
