21 APR 2022 · After her dreambirth was taken away from her during an abusive, highly intervened with and traumatic first birth experience (following the diagnosis of Gestational Thrombocytopenia at 35 weeks) Kailah knew something wasn't right post birth and opened herself up to another way for her next birthing experience.
Feeling unprepared and lacking the feminine guidance she desired in her first pregnancy (although she received continuity of care) and realising Private Midwifery and Doula support was unaffordable, she divinely reconnected with a friend who brought the idea of birthing unassisted into her consciousness.
Kailah shares her pregnancy and labour journey, what she had to work through after the fear of "bleeding out" had been planted in her head by medical professionals first time round and the backlash she received from her family that did not condone her choices, one day after birth.

Veda Austin is a Water Researcher, taking Crystallographic images of frozen water - visually capturing the way water responds to influences around it and producing mind blowing results that show quite clearly that water does have it's own intelligence, in the 3D realm and beyond the veil.
In this episode we discuss the intelligence of water in relation to pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, our amniotic fluid, early birth blood, fertile and infertile semen and many more examples of the way bodily fluids can tell us something about ourselves.
I have many questions for Veda in this episode; about the way the moon affects water, if ocean water can become informed, how exactly our thoughts and feelings imprint on us as literal bodies of water and how water stores information and memory.

17 NOV 2021 · Celebrating Death in Birth: The Early Freebirth of Freya Rose
After experiencing a traumatic first birth, Erin decided she was going to freebirth her second child and during her pregnancy weaved a beautiful web of wise women around her; who would later become her supportive tribe when she birthed her babe early.
Erin speaks so powerfully and so candidly about the loss of her baby girl and the medicine she received in being able to do so. She touches on the stigma around miscarriages and the unspoken process that becomes so dehumanised by the way society speaks about it and her newfound understanding that she wishes to share with other women - that death is sad, but not scary.
Erin shares about the painful moment she first realised her baby had died, she describes the physiology of birthing her baby undisturbed and freely in her home, the difference between fear and body wisdom/intuition, the ways in she which she honoured her daughter, herself and her experience - and expresses so perfectly the duality of celebrating life and death together.
Erin shares the gratitude and growth she leant into, her new relationship to life and birth via the desire she had to experience it all (physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally), the reclamation of, and reconnection to her body wisdom, through witnessing her body birth her babe unassisted - and the beautiful way she speaks about it all with her youngest daughter.
Erin now facilitates Early Birth Shamanic Healing and Celebratory Ceremony and Ritual for women and is also now teaching Birthworkers how to come into relationship with death as a part of birthwork, so that they are able to support birthing women without fear.

Laura speaks about Body Literacy for Girls and the ways in which we can create spaces to guide young women in reconnecting with their mammalian nature - to come into their power before they outsource pharmaceutical products or medical advice.
We speak about the Pill and it's damaging effects, the natural forms of contraception and conception (that no one is speaking about), the difference between The Rhythm Method and FAM (The Fertility Awareness Method), learning to observe the body for hormonal health and fertility and our common dislike of Period Tracking Apps.
We chat about common female reproductive health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, cysts and fibroids - some of the causes of these and offers some wise woman practices to correct them. Laura delves into Postpartum Tracking for Mothers and squashes the myths around a postpartum mother's cycle returning.

26 OCT 2021 · After an older wise women in her community told Kendall that Mothers used to birth their babies in the local river, she decided to birth her first babe at home - and that hiring a Midwife would be a 'happy medium' as a first time Mum.
But once there was meconium in her waters, and her Midwife had consulted the hospital behind her back, she didn't feel supported anymore. Kendall's homebirth transfer resulted in a traumatic first birth. She lost trust in herself and became confused as to why her experience was so different from the birth vision she had worked so hard to manifest.
Second time pregnant, Kendall spontaneously cancelled her one and only Midwife appointment to go surfing with her husband - and from that day forward took sole responsibility of her prenatal care. Kendall rented an Air BnB and found a supportive birth partner in her sister, alongside her husband.
A momentary lapse in confidence during labour saw Kendall heading back to the same hospital she had birthed her first son. But divine intervention (and 2 cattle grids!) swept in en route to stop that from happening. I'll leave the rest of this epic story for you to listen to!
