If you feel like quitting, take a break and rest, then continue.
However, you should never fully quit because if you quit, all you will gain is regret, stress and a continued bad habit.

Use funny alternative words that have the same definition of the original word you used.
For example, Frustrated, enraged to peeved, annoyed. You should break your pattern when you start to feel negative emotions.

You need passion to take action.
Share your story. How it will affect other peoples mental states. Storytelling can touch the passion.
Writing down your thoughts. (personal blog, pad of paper, etc.)
“Let’s begin this ending right now.” -Malala
If you are taking action you are changing the world.
All advocates have started small.
Understand issues to understand change.
You cannot attack problems unless you understand the problems.
To understand a problem know the causes. Then, move on to the problem.
Lastly, know the consequences and the risks.
Have a check list (to-do list)
There will be losses of motivation. Keep going.
Learn from your mistakes and take what you’ve learned into action.
Do not take all the weight of your goal on yourself. It is mentally exhausting.
Invest in your goal mentally and financially.
