Headliners 2 από τα καλύτερα συγκροτήματα της Ελλάδας, νεανικές μπάντες από τη Βόρεια Ελλάδα που κάνουν τα πρώτα τους βήματα σε Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό και Δραμινές που δείχνουν ότι και η πόλη της Δράμας έχει πολύ ταλέντο.

Το ORFUN FEST διοργανώνεται για 5η φορά από τα παιδιά που μεγαλώνουν ή έχουν μεγαλώσει στο Κέντρο Προστασίας του Παιδιού και έχει ως βασικό σκοπό την επαφή του κόσμου της Δράμας με τα παιδιά του Κέντρου και την απαλοιφή στερεοτύπων μέσω της γνωριμίας και της από κοινού διασκέδασης.
