I've noticed a very clear difference in how well I show up on days when I've had a great night's sleep, versus days that I don't. Especially when I'm traveling, and I don't fully enjoy the place that I'm visiting because I'm feeling too tired. Therefore, I've sought out ways to get better quality sleep. In this episode, I discuss 5 tips that you can implement to help you get better sleep. These are things that I've personally implemented and have found great success with, so I hope you find them beneficial.

This was a conversation that I was really looking forward to, as Jeanine has covered a lot of ground as a traveler. She's originally from southern California and has now traveled to 38 different countries. With many of them, she had traveled to solo.

As we know, solo travel has many benefits. You can experience a new setting at your own pace, see what you want to see and do what you want to do. However, solo travel can also have its drawbacks and challenges.

I was looking forward to this conversation with Jenny, and hearing more about her story. Originally from Germany, she has spent five years abroad to work towards her college degrees. And like me, she also earned a Master's degree in the UK. Now she travels full-time to help business owners internationally to develop internal systems, increase their productivity, and make the most of their time. She also discusses these topics with her audience through her podcast, The Fearless CEO.

17 AUG 2019 · Today on the podcast I'm joined by Derek Baron, creator and author of the travel blog, Wandering Earl.

This was a conversation that I was looking forward to. As Derek has been traveling for a very long time! He first headed to southeast Asia in 1999 and has been traveling full-time ever since. As of the recording of this episode, he has now been to 116 countries!
.
In Derek's early days of traveling, things were different. As he didn't have many of the resources that are available now; such as booking sites and blogs. Therefore, he found that talking to people and asking for help was the best way to get around. This led to many opportunities for him to travel and work abroad. Including; teaching English in Thailand, working for various cruise liners, and ultimately starting his blog.

In this episode Derek shares some of his amazing stories from two decades of full-time travel. He talks about some of the amazing highlights, as well as a couple of crazy misadventures! We also discuss some of the life lessons that he's learned along the way; such as the value of talking to people and asking for help. How everyone is the same no matter where they're from. And why you should just get started with things that you want to pursue in your life.
