Ingredients:
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- 2 oz Lemonade (Flavor Of Your Choice)
- 1.5 oz Bourbon
- 2 oz Bourbon (amount optional)
Garnishes:
Lemon Peel
Steps:
1. Start with cranberry juice
2. Add lemonade
3. Add lemon peel by rubbing around the rim of the glass first
4. Add ice
5. Stir
6. Enjoy, cheers!

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
- 1 Dash of Orange Bitters
- 2 oz Bourbon (amount optional)
Garnishes:
Cocktail Cherry
Orange Peel
Steps:
1. To a mixing glass: Add bourbon
2. Add sweet vermouth
3. Add both bitters
4. Add ice
5. Stir until well-chilled
6. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass neat
7. Garnish with a cherry and an orange twist
8. Enjoy, cheers!

- 2 Large Strawberries (Sliced)
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Maple Syrup
- Club Soda (Splash)
- 2 oz Bourbon (amount optional)
Garnishes:
Strawberries
Steps:
1. Add add sliced strawberries
2. Add lemon juice
3. Add maple syrup
4. Muddle until berries are smashed
5. Add bourbon
6. Fill glass with ice and stir
7. Add a splash of club soda
8. Garnish with strawberries
9. Enjoy, cheers!

Sum-Bourbon Cocktail: (Keep in mind, my mom never measured and neither do I really)
Ingredients:
- Chilled Glass
- Cocktail shaker
- Aromatic Bitters
- Orange Bitters
- Dark Rum
- Port Wine
- 2 oz Bourbon (amount optional)
Steps:
1. Add 1/2 oz of Port Wine to cocktail shaker
2. Add 1/2 oz of Dark Rum
3. Add 2oz (more or less) of Bourbon
4. Add a couple dashes of both orange and aromatic bitters
5. Add ice cubes
6. Stir
7. Strain into glass
8. Enjoy, cheers!

Joe's Sweet n Spicy Bourbon: (Keep in mind, my mom never measured and neither do I really)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 oz Ginger Beer
- 1 Maraschino Cherry
- 2 Strawberries
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- BBQ Rube
- 2 oz Bourbon (amount optional)
Garnishes:
- Cut Strawberries
- Lime Wheel
- Maraschino Cherry
Steps:
1. Use cut of the Lime to wet rim of glass and dipe glass onto BBQ Rub
2. Add Lime peel, 3 slices of strawberries, 1-2 slices of Jalapenos (depending on how spicy you want it)
3. Muddle
4. Add 1/2 oz Lime Juice, 2 oz Bourbon, 3 ox of ginger beer, Ice and stir
5. Add more Ice and Ginger Beer if desired
6. Garnish with cut Strawberries, Lime Wheel and Maraschino Cherry
7. Enjoy, cheers!

Joe's Bourbon Mule: (Keep in mind, my mom never measured and neither do I really)
Ingredients:
- 2 Whole Limes
- Bitters
- Maraschino Cherries
- 4oz Ginger Beer
- Ice
- Copper Cup
- 2oz Bourbon (amount optional)
Steps:
1. Cut lime in half. Cut two slices for garnish
2. Cut other lime in half and juice. Should make about 2oz.
3. Add a cherry
4. Add a slice of lime
5. Add 2 dashes of Bitters
6. Muddle the mixture
7. Add 1oz of lime juice
8. Stir
9. Add desired amount of ice
10. Add 2oz of bourbon
11. Add 4ox of ginger beer
12. Stir
13. Garnish with lime slice
14. Add another cherry on top
15. Enjoy, cheers!

Ingredients:
- 1 Cinnamon Stick per drink
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 Whole Cloves
- 2 Lemons 1 Thinly Sliced, 1 For Lemon Juice
- Boiling Hot Water
- Lemon Squeezer
- 2oz Bourbon (amount optional)
Steps:
1. Cut 2 thin slices of lemon
2. Put 2 cloves in each lemon wedge
3. Add honey
4. Cut other lemon in half
5. Squeeze lemon and add 1 tbsp of lemon juice
6. Add bourbon
7. Add hot water
8. Stir
9. Add lemon wedge
10. Add cinnamon stick
11. Enjoy, cheers!
