This podcast talks a lot about what I have dealt with mentally and some issues I have been through. It will also talk about some disorders such as ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, etc. This documentary is meant to help anyone who feels lost and alone to know that they need to have something as an outlet and to know they're not the only ones who feel this way. As time goes on I would like to delve more into research on this topic and add it to this podcast however I am sticking to some Truth by talking about my own experiences and encouraging others to not handle this all by themselves, because it is a struggle and in most cases of struggle like this one everyone needs a little help.

28 FEB 2024 · In this episode I tell the story from when I was in my fourth or fifth grade year. Tell a story from when I was around maybe 9 or 10 years old. I tell a story of when these issues whether I had them before or not really stood out and really were influenced and a negative light. I open up about what I mentioned in the last podcast I open up about why I have it so bad in these situations. And it's not in a comparison way at all it's just me putting it out there I'm using my knowledge from my past experiences to try and encourage others to know that toxic situations are not worth staying for one person if that person doesn't even feel the same way. Don't hurt yourself by staying unless there are lives on the line.
