This guided meditation is a gift to all those parents. It can be a challenging path to parent a child with unique needs. It can bring up all kinds of emotions for parents and can be a challenging path to walk on a long term basis.
Charlie Mitchell has personal experience of children who experience the world differently, with one child with autism, one child who is sensitive and one child with Down Syndrome.
She set up the Starseed School to create a community of people wanting to do the best they can for their kids, where they can survive crisis, gain new perspectives and skills, and heal the wounds that can develop along the way.
She offers free resources, group sessions on a membership basis that starts from just £15 per month, and and a small number of bespoke 1-2-1 coaching / hypnotherapy sessions.
