Welcome to my journal where I document my personal experience with the awakening process. As a spiritual warrior it’s my responsibility to do the work of mindfulness and meditation practices along with learning more about Tantra, Transpersonal psychology, and studies in consciousness. I discuss topics that are related to my own understanding of the concepts that I learn and how I am applying those concepts in my own life. This journey is no small undertaking so I will document my thoughts and experiences over the course of many years. I will go through the work necessary to later share my complete knowledge with others.
