27 FEB 2023 · Elle Lambadarios (our first episode guest) shares her story of literally coding on an operation table after giving birth, to running a full marathon in NYC. She recounts how she was never afraid, because she knew God was with her on a deep level. As she crossed the finish line, she said "it was You, God, who saved me".
Elle shares with us the miracles she experienced as God literally saved her life right before her eyes (even when she literally, could not see). Prayer, forgiveness, and perseverance mark her story.
We also talk about how there is no right or wrong way to feel close to Him.

30 JAN 2023 · In this episode, we are joined by the former Director of the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, Gina Sheets (2013). Gina is a born Hoosier, and maintains a small farm in Clinton County Indiana. Gina and her husband, Travis, are a part of the founding team of Hope in the Harvest Missions International, where they spent five years living and volunteering in Liberia, West Africa.
We talk about how Gina knew she felt called to serve in Liberia, the beginnings of Hope in the Harvest Missions International, and the devastation she encountered in Liberia during the Ebola outbreak. Gina reveals she often feels like Jonah being called to Nineveh. Through her story, we can all find hope (and advice) for how to navigate the seasons of life where we are being called to challenging experiences.

Donna talks about her experience growing up Catholic and how God pursued her in small moments along the way, changing her intimidation of God to one of "crawling into his lap" and being loved by Him. Donna talks about a significant accident her husband experienced, and how that shook up her life. Donna also acknowledges a specific time where her prayer life was ignited, specifically from a book called, "Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire" by Jim Cymbala. She also speaks on finding her identity in Christ - which in her case, involvles Athena, protector! Please enjoy Donna's beautiful story and have a blessed week ahead!

Christina shares with us the heart she has for dance and using movement to praise and worship as a ministry. Where do we start to engage in the fight for diversity?
