28 DEC 2020 · Hello Randomers and Randomites.
Gamer Guru Rye is back with us again this week to continue our talk about the glory that is video games. But we wanted to let everyone know that it's not always going to be about the downfall of a company or the destruction of a franchise, so in this week's episode, we discuss one of not only our favorite video game companies but also one of the most important in all of video games, and that would be Nintendo.
Sit back and come along our journey with us, and see if it brings back any memories for people of sitting there and blowing into a cartridge to get it to work. Plus we wanted to end this abysmal year on something positive, so let's all ring in 2021 with some happy memories of Nintendo. Stay safe and happy and keep on supporting the local small businesses, artists and musicians.

21 DEC 2020 · Hello Randomers and Randomites.
Back to talk about more interesting things. Rye is back with us and this week we discuss who we think would be considered a "movie star" in this modern age of celebrity culture. We break it down by major movie roles, major awards and even on public persona and image. In this first one of eventually two parts, we focus on the male actors. Also, I would like to apologize for the audio on my end. As the show went on something happened and I got more quiet as things went on. That'll teach me to mess with levels during recording.
Who do you think would be a modern day movie star? Let us know in the comments and remember to stay safe and keep on supporting local businesses, artists and musicians, especially around the holiday times.

It's time for a new series. Welcome to Consoles & Computers. This is the forum for lots of things vidya games, in both console & computer form. In the premier episode, Rye joins us and being a long-time gamer, she has quite a few things to say about our topic, Bethesda as a video game house and what's been going on with them as of late and the possibilities in the future.
Please feel free to weigh in your opinion and let us know if we missed anything, and as always stay safe and keep on supporting those local businesses, musicians and artists.

7 DEC 2020 · Hello Randomers and Randomites.
Rye is back so we can finish our 3/4 season review for the 2020 NFL Season*. This week, the NFC. A division led by a .500 team? The defending NFC Champions on the ropes? Antonio Brown back in the NFL? I guess that's 2020 for you in a nutshell. Granted by this method, we missed all the insanity that was the longest week in NFL history (aka 2020 week 12).
* As we recorded this it was the leadup to NFL Week 12

30 NOV 2020 · Hello Randomers and Randomites.
With one of the most tumultuous NFL seasons to date 3/4 of the way through*, I reached out to my friend Rye to look back on our talk before the season started about who we thought the new dynasties could be and do a 3/4 season review to see how close we were and how far off we were.
This week, the AFC. A tight race in a lot of divisions with a lot of crazy going on. Hopefully you enjoy and how many of you were in the same boat as us on a lot of the teams? Let us know! And remember to stay safe and stay in touch with loved ones and keep on supporting small businesses, artists and musicians.

With the possibility of another lockdown headed our way, we're going to turn back to our favorite escape, the screen with the moving pictures. But it's always a question of what should I watch? Well in this new series, we take a look at some of the... not as good movies that are out there that we've seen so we can try to help people avoid some cinematic disasters.
In this premier episode, the theme is "vs." movies, i.e. Kramer vs. Kramer, Joe vs. the Volcano or Calvin vs. Hobbes: The Boinkening. Any that were left out for some reason or another? Let us know and remember to stay safe and keep on supporting local businesses, musicians and artists.

16 NOV 2020 · Hello Randomers and Randomites.
And we're back to the couch studio once again, this time joined once again by our friend and fellow football and horror movie fan Rye, to vent about football. The title of this refers to the feeling sports fans get after every single game of their team, and in our case it's the Pittsburgh Steelers. And I know what you're thinking, why are you grousing? They're 9-0 and won 36-10. But when you're a fan, it's the things you see that aren't reflected in the score. So join us as we talk about what we just saw and the potential for the future. All football fans have had at least one of these conversations with their friends in the past, so just replace the Steelers with the team of your choosing.

9 NOV 2020 · Hello Randomers and Randomites.
With Halloween in the not so distant past, the movie theme of the day has now turned its sights to Christmas. Well fear not, horror fans, as right here live (via a long delay and from my couch), we go through the various months to look for horror movies that can sate your appetite. Naturally there's the attempt to avoid the big ones and give you ones you may not have heard of, and that might dull you enough to handle the holidays.
Did we miss any? Let us know. What are some of your favorites? Let us know that too.

It's going to be a slobberknocker of a podcast this week as we're joined in studio by The Masked Grappler and the Rum-Pum-Pum-Pum-Pummeler (a name you will never be forgetting), and they join us to talk, naturally, rhythmic gymnastics. Or wrestling. Whichever comes first. Local wrestling, national wresting and international wrestling, many things get talked about. And naturally, what wrestling podcast would be complete without some legendary stories about the legendary Andre the Giant?
Stay tuned after the podcast for a song from some old friends, The Tombstone Hands. We are proud to present "Rumble". Sit back and enjoy, follow them to listen to more music and continue to stay safe and support local businesses and musicians. And give our good friend Steve Litvak a listen on his weekly radio show, Rock & Roll Rumble, Saturdays from 1:00 - 4:00 on Rochester Free Radio. Hopefully that ice cream cone had sprinkles.
