Not All Vegans Love Extremists
26 MAR 2019 · For this week, I did decide to rant a bit, and this time about a subject that most people may or may not agree on: vegan extremists and how annoying they are. Listen, I'm a vegan and a proud one. However, I felt the need to vent about why vegan extremists are the worst because I don't want to be held up to their behaviors. Veganism is about promoting kindness to all living creatures, and humans are included in my eyes. That said, here's the breakdown of the episode.
Everything starts with an introduction as always, followed by my newest segment: "What Would a Savage Do?" where you guys email me for advice, and I give it to you each episode! This week, I help someone address their girlfriend's horrid breath situation and another someone on telling their boss about how they knocked her up. It's story time right after that, and I give the tea on the one time I had sex with the "Russian Farter" - a man who couldn't stop farting during sex. Hey, for this week I just felt like going where the wind blows, ya feel?
Into the Vegan discussion, my main takeaway is that extremes are never good, and extremists ruin it for everyone. No one has ever gotten another one to believe their opinions or beliefs willingly when it's shoved down their throats. It just doesn't work like that. I love being a vegan and am passionate about animals, as are many other vegans. So really, I'm just calling out the ones who ruin it for everyone. Either way, I hope you enjoyed a little bit of insight into the world of a different mind when it comes to Veganism. Comedy: The Xanax That Requires No Prescription
19 MAR 2019 · For this week, I really wanted to lighten up the mood and lower the angst and make this an episode to vibe with. I thought to myself, what is something that can heal every single person and doesn't require a prescription nor is a standard II controlled substance? And then I remembered: Comedy. There is nothing better to do than talk about comedy, so I dive right into it.
Storytime is gross, raunchy, and funny to those who may find it to be. The story revolves around me having certain kinds of stomach issues while being on a date, and how I handled it. The rest is up for your ears, my dear listeners!
The next part is the newest segment that I will be including in my podcast, and I finally found a title for it: What Would a Savage Do? This is going to be another typical advice column, but coming from your favorite savage! So, listeners will send me questions asking for advice, and I will give it each episode, whether it's one or two per week. This is a segment that I'm really stoked to include because I felt that I wanted a better way to communicate with you guys beyond ranting and twitter. This week's advice column includes a gassy girlfriend needing to fart and a cheated boyfriend looking to confront his pig boyfriend.

If You Want to Get Away With Being a Bigot, Be an Antisemite
17 MAR 2019 · For this week's episode, I'm talking antisemitism, Ilhan Omar, and about society's warm embrace of this type of bigotry. At the beginning of my podcast series, I did mention I would get political, and here is the first episode of it. So, the episode is titled "If You Want to Get Away With Being a Bigot, Be an Antisemite" because that's how I see antisemitism today. In fact, that's how most Jews see it, and all over the world. But with the current events that went on in the American Congress and Democratic party, I felt it's time to speak up and out.
First, I give the super savage award, but this time it's without a comedic tone because I present it Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and the Democratic party as a whole. In the past few weeks, Ilhan Omar had definitely made a name for herself, and this time not for breaking boundaries. Through her antisemitic tweets and inferences of Jewish control in Congress, the discussion of antisemitism on the left finally became mainstream. However, rather than calling her out on her bigotry and passing a resolution to condemn antisemitism, Nancy Pelosi decided to pass a resolution condemning all forms of hatred. In other words, she "all lives mattered" the cause for condemning antisemitism. I go into it more in the episode, but this is the gist.
After the Super Savage Award, I dive straight into the firey pit of discussing antisemitism and what it means to go through it in society. Not only do I talk about its definition, but I also touch light upon the rise of antisemitism around the world. With Jews being attacked left and right in Europe and extremists from both sides calling for our demise, it's about time to call out the bee ess!
In the fiery rant, I also touch upon the difference between antisemitism and criticizing Israel, and define the fine line between. The rest of that subject will be for another episode, but it's just a smidge. And for the rest of the episode, you'll come to see why you can get away with being a bigot if you just become an anti-semite.

24 FEB 2019 · As the title suggests, I truly am comparing mental illness to a fuck boy. This episode is dedicated to a deeper analysis of what it is to struggle with mental illness and how it makes you feel. From personal experience, the waves of my depression and mania come and go like a man who could use me as he pleases. Can you relate? And if not, have you ever been hung up on someone who comes and goes, leaving you addicted forever? It's the same with mental illness. In spite of all of that, there is a lesson to learn through every mood swing and an episode of depression or mania. By the same token, we can always learn a lesson from dealing with a fuckboy. In this case, mental illness is truly a FUCK BOY!
SPECIAL GUEST: My dear friend Dr. Diquebreth comes in to discuss dealing with fuckboys and how to find the positives through the experiences. Dr. Diquebreth is a resident psychologist from UCLA studying sexual psychology and the general basics. There's No Such Thing as Manorexia
18 FEB 2019 · Now, I know the title may have you thinking that I'm about to deny the fact that men struggle with eating disorders. However, I'm not. I've dedicated this episode to the subject of men with eating disorders, the stigmas behind it, and what it's like to experience it. Eating disorders take anyone hostage regardless of their genitalia and gender identity. So, without giving away the bulk of the episode, I'm going to touch upon the basics! :)
According to the National Eating Disorders Association, about one in three persons with an eating disorder are male. Additionally, it is estimated that about ten million men will be affected by some sort of eating disorder at one point or another. The estimated number seems like a stretch, but busting stigmas and stereotypes about men with eating disorders will make more sense of it. In general, eating disorders affect millions of all backgrounds, classes, creeds, genders, and more and it's a hard situation.
Within the episode, I'm going into the deep on how social media has a major impact on body image, and mostly in the worst way possible. I make my best effort to touch upon society's ass kissing of perfection and how it affects those with eating disorders. Unfortunately, we still live in a society where the perfectly sculpted man is a God. While there is the God, the woman with the slim figure, big ass, and really big boobs is the Goddess. In reality, it's all an illusion; in my mind, it's a trigger.
Towards the end of the episode, I begin to expose my own personal wounds that I barely share with anyone. I share what it's like inside my head as a man with an eating disorder. Besides the inside of my head, I talk more about how eating disorders are more than just disordered eating. At the end of the day, eating patterns can change, but the skeletons in the closet remain.
Overall, I stand firmly with my belief that we need to change the way we talk about eating disorders. Men with eating disorders suffer just as much as women, while both genders suffer in unison. Admitting that I'm a man with an eating disorder isn't for pity, but to empower other men to talk about their own. Beyond just men, I truly believe it's time we all open up on the subject of mental health. By doing so, we can eradicate the word "manorexia" and the actual disease of anorexia as well.

Tourette Syndrome: The One Itch Gold Bond Can't Relieve
18 FEB 2019 · As we move along with the growth of my podcast, I'm tackling subjects I've been wanting to touch upon for a while. This time, I'm talking about Tourette Syndrome and everything in between it. As someone who struggles with tics and the anxieties that come with it, I want to use my voice for good. So, in order to show you a side of Tourette Syndrom beyond the common "f" bombs, let's dig in.
When I talk about tics, I'm not necessarily talking about pests on a dog but more so about pests of the mind. Tourette Syndrome is a heavily stereotyped and misunderstood neurological disorder that causes the sufferer to have involuntary movements, sounds, or both together. Some people have stronger forms of Tourette than others, but what comes in common is the major discomfort. Overall, this is something one cannot control without therapy and possibly medications; the struggle can be embarrassing.
Most of this episode has an undertone of "it's time to change the conversation" because it truly is time. Let's talk about Tourette Syndrome like we talk about our allergies, rashes, and all other itches. Many itches have Benedryl and Cortisone cream, but Tourette Syndrome is the one itch Gold Bond truly can't relieve.

However, I'm not going to touch upon how much I love porn and which genres, but the false expectations it sets up. To be more precise, I want to touch upon fantasy versus reality. Let's talk about how sex in real life isn't always one hundred percent perfect nor do we all look like gods and goddesses. It's time to talk about how lonely masturbating can be. In short, let's dive deep into porn, shall we?
My Pornographic Reality Check
As I did before, I begin to once again tell a story to tie us all into the subject. There was a time when I lived in Tel Aviv, Israel, and had been speaking to a man on Grindr whom I hoped would become my Christian Grey. Our conversations ran long, and my fantasies ran wild. All was perfect until the day that we met. Of course, I had this expectation that everything would be pornographically perfect. Those expectations failed me completely.
Porn: Expectation vs. Reality
Let's face it. Sex can be perfect, but not one hundred percent of the time. Porn makes sex look easy, clean, painless, and a breeze. At least with my experiences, it's usually more than half the time the opposite. For the next part of this segment, I address expectation versus reality and go into depth about sexual reality. This touches upon the subject of body image and the perfect portrayal of men and women, and how it's triggered me to no end. I even admit how I found myself confused because I was aroused by straight porn; Later I came to realize I felt more comfortable because I didn't have to compare myself to the woman like I do two men.
Porn is to Adults as Cinderella is to Children
Overall, if you can relate then this episode is totally for you! I'm not speaking on behalf of every single person who loves masturbating and watching porn, but I know of a few who can understand. In my opinion, porn is to adults as the glass slipper is for children. Do we really live in a world where everyone has a Prince Charming? Is our sexual reality really one of multiple orgasms at the hands of a firefighter or a policeman in prison? Or is it really what we make of it, and not what a video can make of it for us? Addressing Toxic Masculinity: Who Should Grow a Pair?
6 FEB 2019 · For my first episode, I wanted to address a subject that's been heavy on my heart: toxic masculinity and fem shaming in the gay community. Masculinity and femininity play an important role in human nature, but the expectations of each man and woman make it toxic. Being someone with a high pitched voice and a feminine touch, I've been ridiculed, bullied, and outcasted my whole life. To this day, I still experience it in my personal life and the gay community as well. This is all bullshit, and it's time to talk about it.
Toxic Masculinity and Me: A Personal Story
In this episode, I tell a personal story of the time I met someone on Tinder. We had spoken for a good few days and connected pretty well until he began asking questions. It went from "what's your aspirations in life?" to "are you feminine or masculine?". At that point, I knew this would go south because of my past experiences. To make this short, he heard my speaking voice and turned me down. After this story, it's a great lead into the rest of the episode.
Toxic Masculinity in the Gay Community
Brace yourselves for a timeline starting from my personal experiences of fem shaming through to a good "shut the fuck up" to all the perpetrators. I'm shining a light on the fact that feminine gay men get the worst of discrimination when it comes to homophobia within and without the gay community. In fact, Grindr unintentionally exposes toxic masculinity; It's led me to shy away from sex altogether, for now at least. Regardless, this isn't about preference and more about prejudice; let's cut the bullshit.
Who Should Grow a Pair?
If being a man is all about bravery and strength, then I'm wondering who the real "men" are. Are they the ones that use masculinity to mask their lack of confidence in their own inner vagina? Or are they the ones who dare be themselves in a world where their lives are threatened for it? Is it the men who degrade masculinity by making it a standard or the ones who simply live as they are regardless? In other words, who should grow a pair?
