18 JAN 2024 · In a shocking turn of events, real estate agent James Darby, affiliated with USAFC Realty and USA Financial Consultants, has shown a lack of professionalism and integrity. After hiring a publicity firm for a print media feature, Mr. Darby repeatedly failed to comply with their requests and attempted to renege on the agreement just days before the feature was set to publish. This action not only tarnished his reputation but also resulted in a small donation intended for a human rights organization fighting for vulnerable women and children being lost.
Hiring a Publicity Firm
Seeking to enhance his professional image and generate more exposure, James Darby made the decision to engage a publicity firm to promote his real estate business and mortgage broker services at USAFC Realty. The PR firm diligently worked to schedule an interview with Mr. Darby and obtain relevant information for drafting the article.
Frequent Requests for Photos
Throughout the process, the PR firm consistently asked Mr. Darby to provide photos to accompany the feature. Despite their numerous polite reminders and clear instructions, Mr. Darby failed to provide any suitable images. This lack of cooperation and responsiveness raised doubts about his commitment to the project.
Attempted Agreement Reversal
Just a few days prior to the article's scheduled publication, Mr. Darby attempted to backtrack on the initial agreement. Claiming that he had been unable to reach the PR firm, he falsely alleged a lack of communication despite the presence of several emails from the team attempting to contact him. This sudden change of stance left the publicity firm in a difficult position, scrambling to find a solution.
False Allegations to PayPal
In a bizarre twist, Mr. Darby submitted a ticket to PayPal, making false allegations against the PR firm. This baseless complaint not only aimed to undermine their credibility but also caused the human rights organization that the PR firm was raising funds for to lose the small donation made by Mr. Darby. The organization, dedicated to helping vulnerable women and children who have experienced abuse, suffered an unjust setback due to his unprofessional conduct.
Consequences of James Darby's Actions
Mr. Darby's actions have not only damaged his own professional reputation but also negatively impacted the efforts of the PR firm and the human rights organization they were supporting. The publicity firm, USAFC Realty, and USA Financial Consultants should scrutinize their association with an individual who prioritizes personal interests over professional commitments. This incident highlights the importance of conducting thorough research and background checks when entering into business relationships.
Conclusion
The case of James Darby, a real estate agent affiliated with USAFC Realty and USA Financial Consultants, serves as a cautionary tale for those exploring professional collaborations. By failing to fulfill his obligations and attempting to backtrack on an agreement, Mr. Darby displayed a concerning lack of professionalism and integrity. Moreover, his false allegations caused a small donation meant for a human rights organization fighting for vulnerable women and children to be lost. For all parties involved, it is crucial to prioritize professionalism, accountability, and ethical behavior to avoid costly and damaging consequences.
14 DEC 2021 · "United Nations International Convention Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination of 1965 is a Treaty is enforceable by domestic and international law and mandates the following:
1. To Regard racial discrimination as a crime
2. And to prohibit and bring to an end all organizations that incite and promote racial discrimination.
Religious organizations including Catholic, Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim and Judaism operating in in jurisdictions under all UN member states are in clear violation of the convention as these religious organizations incite racial discrimination resulting in actors of terror, bigotry and poverty and the denial of legal rights to the minority.
Under Article 2, Each State Party shall prohibit and bring to an end, by all appropriate means, including legislation as required by circumstances, racial discrimination by any persons, group or organization.
Under Article 4, all UN party members who signed this Convention, shall declare illegal and prohibit organizations (including religious), how they organize and their propaganda activities.
I petition all UN member states and the UN to put all mainstream religious organizations on trial whose practices, and teach propaganda and policies that instigate and promote racism.
In addition, to hold all UN member states legally accountable for failure to prosecute religious organizations for their promotion of racism.
In addition, former UN member states including Taiwan who signed this convention are still legally bound to uphold it despite no longer being a UN member state and should be held accountable internationally in these regards.
Rule of Law to End Poverty
Some 150 million children under the ages of 5 are stunted, 100 million are underweight and some 5 million die annually. All of this is a result of children and families not having access to food resulting in malnutrition and death. Broadening the access of justice under the present rule of law is vital in the area of global poverty.
Today mainstream religious organizations globally have the wealth to eliminate poverty but instead horde that wealth.
Research shows the Vatican is sitting on trillions of hidden net worth. Hindu temples rake in 180 million annually. Buddhist temples and Jewish temples - the same thing and Muslim mosques are hording trillions of tax-free dollars.
All Mainstream Religious Organizations Must Be Eliminated Under 1965 UN Treaty
These mainstream religious organizations hoard wealth while the masses in their own community suffer and die, identifying the flaw in laws aimed at protecting these organizations while the masses suffer.
Mainstream religious organizations political involvement must be eliminated under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights" articles adopted by the U.N. member states in 1966. In that they are in violation of this treaty, all mainstream religious organizations have legally revoked their tax-free status.
My recommendations are as follows:
All members of the states of the United Nations give their power and support to the United Nations to globally enact a law to abolish the tax-free status of all mainstream religious organizations who have violated their tax-free status through their political involvement and use such wealth to eliminate poverty once and for all under established international law."
