Missy West is a former college coach, inductee to the High School Hall of Fame, and now a motivational speaker, whose athletic participation has strongly influenced the development of lifelong skills that remain within her to this day. Sports has built confidence within her as a woman, gave her career opportunities, and an environment filled with amazing, hard-working, and successful people to this day.
Her passion for sports began at a very young age in upstate NY, where football and Ice hockey became her first two loves. Following High School, Missy had a successful college career at Duke University where she was able to participate in 2 ACC Conference Championships, 5 NCAA tournaments and the National Championship in 1999. Following her stint at Duke, Missy played professionally in Germany for three seasons winning a German National Championship. Missy coached basketball at the college level for 12 years both at the Division II and Division III levels & received 3 conference coach of the year honors and was nominated for National Coach of the Year in 2013. She also coached a youth 12-year-old team where they too won a German National Championship. Most recently Missy was inducted into the New York State High School Hall of Fame (with Jim Brown) and the National High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

Dr. Bauman, is a renowned Sport and Human Performance Psychologist (Gravity Performance) who provides high quality services to athletes, coaches, sport organizations, and business organizations on a private consulting basis. Sam Snow has over 40 years of experience as a coach, player, and administrator in soccer in the US. His work includes serving as the technical director for US Youth Soccer, the largest youth sports organization in the US. He is the founder and CEO of American Made Soccer Consultants. Sam continues to work as a national instructor for U. S. Soccer. Snow was recently announced as the recipient of the US Youth Soccer Excellence in Coaching Education Award – The Dr. Thomas Fleck Award. Above all, Sam is a true coach educator. And we'll talk about the basic foundation an organization needs to pursue any/all of these sources of revenue.

Coach d'Alary Dalton is the Founder of SOL Soccer, a unique program for girls and women that promotes their involvement in the sport of soccer throughout their lives as players, coaches, referees, and administrators. She is an A-Licensed coach with extensive experience in both coaching and teaching with an in-depth knowledge of youth development through sports. d’Alary has successfully coached children and young adults in highly competitive and recreational environments, including the Olympic Development Program and founding the women’s soccer program at Holy Names University. She is particularly interested in the long-term impact sports programs have on self-esteem as a component of the development of character in children. d’Alary’s doctorate degree is in Educational Leadership where she focused her research on teaching life skills through participation in sports.

Sam Snow has over 40 years of experience as a coach, player, and administrator in soccer in the US. His work includes serving as the technical director for US Youth Soccer, the largest youth sports organization in the US. He is the founder and CEO of American Made Soccer Consultants. Sam continues to work as a national instructor for U. S. Soccer. Snow was recently announced as the recipient of the US Youth Soccer Excellence in Coaching Education Award – The Dr. Thomas Fleck Award. Above all, Sam is a true coach educator. For 14 years he lead the instruction of the National Youth License, and he continues to serve as an instructor for the Master’s Degree in Coaching Soccer with Ohio University. Sam is a prolific writer on coaching in articles, blogs, books, and DVDs. He continues to be a sought-after clinician for clubs, schools, state and national associations, and major conventions in the US.
