We are connected to information from the moment we wake up until the moment we go to bed. Today we hear about all of the causes, all of the tragedies, all of the drama, all of the politics. We are bombarded with information.
It’s overwhelming.
Today I am offering 5 tips that have worked for me to help me figure out my next move when I am overwhelmed, stressed, and numb.

These gardens follow a basic set of guidelines, including color, a walking path, and a water feature that have been found to be crucial in healing from trauma, but after that, the garden takes on the life of it's gardeners!
