Bernard Zeitler walks through principles that apply to living recovery and helping recovery have more clarity. Becomming willing to work recovery, regardless of the addiction or possition you are in with respect to an addict helps to allow personal growth while traveling the process as equals. Sojourning rather than talking a leader -follower perspective.

The 12 steps began long before most believe. Consider this short intro a foundation into the 12 steps and Traditions used today. From a simple concept of community to th Oxford Group and then to what we know today. While we will only talk about those early foundations up to the original 6 word of mouth steps of AA, hopefully it will shed light on how Recovery became more structured and bound in tradition. Possibly losing some of the very foundation that includes grace.

- Prison
- Insanity
- Death
The truth of the matter seems more real as recovery from addictions (with relapses and other outside instances) have been proven that mental health is tied to addiction. Often the "addiction" has been referred to as "Self Medicating" for depression, or some other mental health issue. This series is an open discussion of that reality.
Join Teresa and Jeremy as they talk honestly about this very experience.
