Stephanie C. Holmes graduated from Campbell University summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1994. She then completed her Master’s in Counseling summa cum laude through Liberty University and further pursued licensing in the state of NC which was obtained and held from 2001 through 2009. She was an LPC in good standing. Upon moving to Georgia, with a desire to reach more people through tele- counseling, she obtained other certifications to pursue her calling of working with marriage and families with special needs nationally and internationally. Her highest held degree is an Ed.D from Abilene Christian University, where she graduated with distinction upon completing her dissertation, “Creating an Inclusive Climate for Students on the Autism Spectrum.”Certifications and Training

Robyn started her career in banking as a college intern in 1991. Her first role as an intern was with First Citizens Bank. Robyn has worked in many roles over the span of her career, including Private Banking and Mortgage Banking with several financial institutions. With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Robyn brings knowledge, professionalism and understanding of the financial landscape to her customer relationships.
Robyn returned to the First Citizens team in 2023 and is well know as a trusted mortgage banker. 8 JUL 2024 · Amanda Whited joins Brad and Kristin to discuss some stress-related fears people experience when buying and selling a home (and how to cope and overcome them!).
Amanda was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, where she had her first experience in the Real Estate industry as a Realtor's Assistant. That experience sparked an interest that would continue through the years, even as she went on to pursue long-held plans to complete a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia. She then completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology at West Virginia University and additional training in that field in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Chapel Hill before ultimately settling in Greenville when her husband joined the ECU faculty (Go Pirates!). Amanda found that she always kept her finger on the pulse of the Real Estate market during these transitions and opted to become a licensed Realtor in 2014. Being a Realtor capitalizes on her passion for serving others and her innate interest in Real Estate. Her background uniquely positions her to appreciate the whole gamut of emotions her Real Estate Clients experience as they reach success in their home buying and selling journeys. Having previously specialized as both a Buyer Specialist and Listing Specialist, Amanda offers her clients unique insights and expertise to navigate their full range of Real Estate needs, including buying, selling, and investing. Although she represents a wide range of clients, Amanda particularly enjoys working with first-time home buyers, helping them understand how to purchase their first home best. She also considers it a particular privilege to partner with individuals or families who provide, or have provided in the past, military service to our country and are looking to address real estate needs. Amanda married her best friend, Matt, in 2011, whose career is what thankfully brought them to Greenville. Anam grew up knowing she always wanted to work with people and try to help them. This led her to get her Bachelor's in psychology from Loyola University and Master’s in clinical counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her experience ranges from young adults with severe mental illness to marriage and family counseling. She also spent time in Rwanda working with survivors of the genocide. Once Covid hit, Anam thought it would also be fun to get her real estate license. She was nationally ranked in the top ten Rookie of the Year competition in her first year. By her second year, she started her own team and was in Chicago's top 3% of realtors. She attributes her success to her counseling background and uses her counseling skills daily in her real estate career.

His career started out in broadcasting on traditional radio. He moved to Asheville in 2011 and consider this his "home for life". He obtained his NC Real Estate License/Realtor® designation in 2015 and has over 20 years as a Certified Residential Appraiser. After a successful 2 1/2 year stint with Coldwell Banker I started Whitesell Real Estate Group in 2017 and Peak Property Management in 2023. His ability to wear two “hats” has served him well and gives him a unique perspective on the market. The ultimate goal is to act in the best interest of his clients, make deals that makes sense, and have fun doing it!
