One Blink Change is an organization I’m leading which strives to guide and connect us all towards a more positive place and this podcast will focus on understanding who we are as people and the world around us. For in order to understand the world, we must first understand ourselves. Looking inwards to look outwards and find truth. To know exactly how to turn our knowledge into action. So that ultimately, we may finally find alternative solutions to our modern problems.

10 NOV 2025 · In this episode, my guest AIden and I talk about what happens when God becomes more than a belief and starts becoming someone you truly know. When you realize there is a power greater than yourself, everything begins to look different—your struggles, your purpose, your relationships, even the way you see yourself. We share real reflections on how knowing God brings clarity in confusion, peace in uncertainty, and strength in moments that once felt heavy. This isn’t just a conversation about perspective, but about faith—about the shift that happens when life is no longer faced alone, and purpose is no longer something we have to figure out by ourselves. This episode is for anyone who’s searching, questioning, growing, or simply wanting to seek God and see life in a deeper, more grounded, and more hopeful way.
5 JUL 2025 · In this episode, I am joined by my guest Mikiah. Join and listen as we unpack the disconnect between the expectations we place on others and the ones we place on ourselves. We explore how personal responsibility, work ethic, and inner clarity shape not only our individual lives but the world around us. From the idea that “if you do nothing, you become nothing” to the reflection of internal confusion in societal chaos, this episode dives deep into the truth that personal growth is the seed of collective change.
7 MAR 2025 · In this episode, my guest James and I speak about how in today’s world, power is often maintained through fear—whether in politics, corporations, or everyday workplaces. Those in control use intimidation, manipulation, and systemic barriers to keep others in line, ensuring that true change feels impossible. But is it? Join us as we shift the conversation from powerlessness to empowerment, proving that change isn’t just necessary—it’s possible.
10 JAN 2025 · In my first solo episode, I dive into the transformative power of raising your standards and how doing so can completely redefine your life. Your standards shape your self-worth, guide your decisions, and influence the life you create—but the responsibility to raise them ultimately lies with you. I’ll explore why it’s so important to expect more for yourself, how higher standards lead to personal growth, and the steps you can take to start living the life you deserve. This episode is all about empowering you to take charge and elevate every area of your life.
8 NOV 2024 · In my first virtual episode, I'm joined by Hervey, connecting with us from Mexico, to dive into the power of individuality and the potential for genuine unity. We discuss how embracing our unique identities can fuel real, collective change. Together, we address the cycle of “double hypocrisy”—when people complain about others without taking action themselves—and explore ways to break free from it. This episode is about going beyond words and truly striving for change, rather than waiting for it to happen. Join us as we get to the heart of making a meaningful impact, one intentional step at a time.

27 JUL 2024 · In this episode, Patricia and I dive deep into the intricate relationship between our emotions, the ego, and the mind. Often, we find ourselves resisting our emotions, trying to let them go or hold onto them, which can lead to unnecessary suffering and a skewed sense of self. Join us as we explore the powerful concept of allowing emotions to naturally flow through us. By not resisting or clinging to our emotions, we can prevent the ego from creating identities based on fleeting feelings and experiences.
