Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of YOU! That's what life is all about, or at least it should be. Avoid the trappings of the highly skilled "Yes Predator" whose only desire is to seek you out to get you to do what they what you to do.
Why is is so difficult for many people to say "no?" There are a couple of reasons why this would be the case:
1. Fear of Rejection
2. The Who, Why, Emotional/Feeling (Who's asking? Why you feel compelled to say yes, and the emotion/feeling of your response.)
