Morgan and Jeanette discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly truths behind owning an old house. Jeanette's home was built in the 1890's while Morgan's is a Sears Kit house. So whether it's knob and tube wiring, lath and plaster walls, or basement drainage issues - we can get past the issues as long as you haven't painted over the stained wood trim!
