This is the fitness journey podcast for My Amazing Life Journey. This podcast focuses on my adventure in changing my life, improving my health, and staying young at heart. I woke up in June of 2019 overweight, chronically tired, and watching my life slip away. I am a Senior Network and Security Engineer for a fast growing company so I spend 10, 12, sometimes 18-20 hours a day at a desk and over the years this and the stress of supporting and raising a large family (7 kids) caught up to me and took a toll on my health. I decided this time I was going to get my life back on track, reclaim my health, and be around with these kids for a long, long time. I have spent 15 years practicing traditional Japanese Martial Arts, and have made countless attempts at getting back into shape over the years but never succeeded, until now. I have added amateur boxing to my skillset and I am now hoping to get in shape, get my life back on track, finally get that third degree blackbelt I've been putting off, and make my amateur boxing debut by age 40. I am 38 now and I still have a long way to go but I invite you to come along, watch my successes and failures, laugh, and perhaps join along in changing your life too. I am putting it all out there and using the Internet as my accountability partner. Come along and let's go through this amazing journey together.

This is the fitness journey podcast for My Amazing Life Journey. This podcast focuses on my adventure in changing my life, improving my health, and staying young at heart.
