17 MAY 2021 · In today’s episode, we talk all about imposter syndrome - what it is, some examples of times we have struggled with it and some tips on dealing with it. We also talk about ‘fake it till you make it’ culture and levelling up in life.
Shining a light on imposter syndrome is the important first step to dealing with it. Knowing what it is and realising that you aren’t the only person to suffer with it stops it from being a prohibitive force in our lives.

We are two doctors, Dr Laureen Jacquet and Dr Sarah Nicholls and we want to invite you to join our journey in balancing a busy career with the other beautiful facets of your life.
