Our goal is to create a charitable organization that does the same thing while encouraging others to create their own Moments of Service. The organization we are creating will focus on Moments of Service for champions in our society.

Our mission will be to seek out military folks, police, firefighters, EMS, and teachers in the community and surprise them with Moments of Service. Maybe we will buy their coffee, pick up a check at a restaurant, fill their gas tank or deliver groceries to their home. We envision sponsoring food trucks for community events and organizing roadside clean-ups to improve the community.

While our focus will be on these community champions, we also hope to be a resource for the community at large. We hope to organize and conduct food and clothing drives and encourage others to do the same.

So this fundraiser is to get us started toward the creation of the Moments of Service (MOS) charitable organization. It costs between $3,000 and $4,000 to get a charity up and running. There are incorporation fees and legal fees. State and Federal filing fees and a myriad of other expenses...all before we can even get going.

Any help anyone could give to help us launch this opportunity would be greatly appreciated.
