10 SEP 2016 · There’s nothing more delicious than the cascading water of giving from the heart with no expectation of anything in return. Every mystic and saint will say enlightenment is about service, becoming a vessel of the divine, the wine forever flowing through an empty flask. In contrast, the ego’s purpose for giving is to get something in return because it always feels something is lacking. Giving from the heart will wash away the belief in lack.
The practice of mind training is about giving and forgiving. As you’re extending from the heart, everything that’s not giving is going to come up because those pipes are rusty from millennia of not giving. The anger, the guilt, the fear and shame, whatever is corroding those pipes, is going to come up. Mind training is about being of service and clearing the pipes when the corrosion comes up by being honest about what you’re experiencing so you can forgive it. 5 SEP 2016 · There’s nothing more precious than knowing who you are. If you are looking for an experience in the world to find out who you are, you will be sorely disappointed. Finding out who you are is the ultimate experience and there is nothing more worthy than devoting your mind to this. Once you discover who you are, you will want nothing else. All wanting and seeking will cease. The search will be over because you’ll know “I am that,” and you can abide and radiate in that. It requires a total commitment to trusting in our brothers so that eventually we can make the final decision to put our total trust back in God. A mother who gave up her daughter for adoption at birth expresses her feelings to her now-grown daughter. The daughter feels that the abandonment permeates all her relationships. Stories from the past seem to be a block to the awareness of love’s presence. Jesus says every case will be dismissed. But there has to be a willingness to let go of the past. Health is a state of mind, it’s how you think about the body that’s sick or not sick. If the body is distracting the mind and it’s not at peace, maybe it’s a call for magic (going to the doctor, taking medication, etc.). The ego wants the focus to be on the body, be it sick or healthy. It’s always using something to distract the mind from knowing its identity as Spirit. Healing is about peace of mind and allowing what’s occurring to happen without judgment. English with Spanish translation.

La materia no importa
La salud es un estado mental, es lo que pienses del cuerpo lo que hace que enferme o no. Si el cuerpo distrae a la mente y no esta en paz, quizá es un llamado a la magia (ir a un doctor, tomar medicamentos, etc.). El ego quiere que te enfoques en el cuerpo, que esté enfermo o saludable. Siempre utiliza algo para distraer a la mente de conocer su identidad como Espíritu. Sanar es sobre la paz mental y permitir lo que está ocurriendo sin ningún juicio.

Serás guiado a situaciones precisas en donde eres de utilidad con el fin de sanar tu mente y servir, pero necesitas observar las situaciones que estás evitando o donde estás transigiendo para mantener los conceptos. Put Your Self First
Your happiness is for the whole world. Your union with God is the priority. God will send you the ones to you that you need to connect with - for you. The ego would say that’s selfish. You will be guided to the exact situations where you are needed to heal your mind and to be of service, but you need to watch the situations you are avoiding or where you are compromising to maintain concepts. Nuestro estado natural es sentirnos conectados unos con otros. Cuando hay pensamientos y sentimientos que no expresamos, esa conexión se experimenta como una incomodidad. Pensamos que es normal sentirnos incómodos alrededor de otros, pero no es normal. Nuestro estado natural es ser transparentes unos con otros.

Our Natural State
Our natural state is to feel connected with one another. When there are unexpressed thoughts and feelings, that connection is experienced as discomfort. We think it’s normal to feel uncomfortable around others, but it’s not. Our natural state is to be transparent with one another.
