31 OCT 2024 · Edward Teach was a massive man and when he took to the seas he became a legend know to all from the Carolinas to the Caribbean as Blackbeard. His reign of terror ended when the English Governor of Virginia ordered Captain John Maynard to hunt him down and kill him. Their battle was waged off the coast of North Carolina and is legend is true, Blackbeard fell to Maynard's sword and has since haunted the area.

Is it a trick of the light, or is a ship of damn souls seeking revenge. Tonight's tale is of the greedy captain and crew of that ship, and the innocent passengers who suffered at their hands only to return from hell to seek vengeance.

13 OCT 2024 · Major shout out to Adrian Nina who gave me the idea to research this great story. The Fighting Lady (CV-10) U.S.S. Yorktown served in the Pacific theater from 1943 to 1970. It has sat in Charleston Harbour since 1975 in its new mission as a Naval Museum. You can visit her by simply going to Patriot's Point in Mount Pleasant and taking a tour, but there are somethings about this majestic ship you won't see on just any tour.
