Inside The Cage has been on the air since May of 2008 and was originally broadcast on Fox Sports Radio and then ESPN Radio in Reno, NV. As of October 2012 the show can now be heard live, every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm pacific standard time on Inside The Cage Live MMA Radio Show page. and is available on iTunes. The show provides the hard hitting analysis that hardcore MMA fans expect while being able to inform and entertain the casual MMA fan as well. Guest include characters and personalities from both inside and outside the world of Mixed Martial Arts.

Greg “Old School” DeLong is the host of Inside The Cage. An avid MMA fan since UFC 4, he had his first hands on MMA experience in 1999 while living in Southern California. He trained with Next Generation MMA which was lead by former UFC and Pride fighter Chris Brennan and also had former UFC and present BAMMA fight Mike “Joker” Guymon along with many other tough hombres. Greg previously taught wrestling for MMA at the Reno Academy of Combat and was also the voice in the cage at Ultimate Reno Combat. Today Greg has relocated back to Southern California and works for UFC sponsor Revgear Sports. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, a former wrestler, former Marine Corps Officer and Desert Storm veteran.
