Honest Fit Life is more than a podcast, it is a honest way of managing the struggles we all face with balancing being healthy and the high demands of daily life. Through our podcast we go through our struggles and what has worked for us to be healthier and live better lives. We are doing a weekly podcast covering everything from healthy food options to working out at home or in the gym. We go in depth of our journey through weight loss, exercise, changing our diets and what "diet" really means from our perspective.
