Our Podcast is comprised of 2 Firefighters from New York (Kev & Sully),a Law Enforcement Analyst from California (Crystal), a LEO from NY (Lauren) and Marine/Model "The Combat Barbie" (Rianna Conner). They originally created the podcast for First Responders and combatting the effects of PTSD through comedy and entertainment. We like to think of the show as sitting around a mid-summer campfire with friends. Being so easily relatable, you can come and listen to other perspectives on varieties of topics and hear opinions from everyday people. We interview celebrities and notable people from time to time, to give our viewers a chance to meet them and hear their stories through us. New episodes are released weekly. "Christmas with Kenna"
24 DEC 2019 · Kenna James is back with Kevin & Sully for their annual Christmastime Special. She's made a few appearances on the podcast but it's been 1 year since she has been on an episode, and funny enough, it was their last Christmas Special, one year ago.
Kenna catches everyone up with what she's been up to, between shooting new movies, to photo shoots and feature dancing, Kenna gets very little down time. She says when she has time off she sleeps for days just to rejuvenate. Still living the dream in Las Vegas she has no plans to move, and she talks about how much she's missed the guys, and being on the show.

Kenna's adult film bio: Kenna first began working in the adult film industry in late 2014 when she was chosen by Penthouse to be their “Pet of the Month” for February 2015. As part of this coveted title, Kenna also filmed her first solo sex scenes and her first ever girl/girl shoot. As Kenna explained in her January 2017 X-Rent DVD interview;
“He was very upfront with what it really was. I told him I was fine with that and we set the limits to solo and Girl/Girl. My first shoot was a Solo. So I just got to do all me. Then after that it started transitioning into more. I’ve loved it ever since”.

“I was very nervous but it went exceptionally well. It went above and beyond what I thought I could do”.
In the months that followed Kenna posed for the cover of the February 2015 issue o Penthouse magazine and has since been featured on the cover of the July 2015 issue of Hustler magazine. A gorgeous glamour model, Kenna has also been featured within a #Selfies article for the September 2015 issue of Hustler magazine alongside her fellow Hustler Honeys Emily Grey, Sophie Dee, Ryan Ryans, Niki Lee Young, Maya Grad and Kay Devon.
Most recently, Kenna has been featured within the special Calendar Girls issue of Penthouse Letters magazine. Join Kevin and Sully in this episode, as they talk about aging, what can we do to slow it down and stay youthful. Kevin shares his experience on how he was driving over the holidays and got stuck behind an old lady. He shares how this experience made him think about aging and all the possibilities when someone gets old.
Kevin brings up the topic of life expectancy and the lifespan of countries. The boys also talk about technology and how intelligent and advance the current generation is. Sully shares his take on the importance of dialogue, clean eating in the United States, and what kids nowadays are looking up too.

10 DEC 2019 · Are you the type of person that continuously runs late? Or are you always on time to any appointment, meeting or dinner with friends?
In our latest episode, we talk about why people tend to be late to things, and that an actual Harvard study found that people who are normally late, live a more stress free life! Yes, you read that correctly. Stress free. Is it because they're just assholes that don't care about other people? Or just that they're a little more care free and don't let the little things, like being late, bother them?
Lauren was brought up in a military family, so she is always very punctual. Kevin tends to be the same and says that, more often than not, he is quite early to any appointments or meetings. He says he absolutely HATES being late to things. Sully thinks it's a matter of personal perspective. While he may think showing up to work at 06:35am is late (because he normally shows by 06:30), to someone else, that may be way too early to show up to work.
Ask yourself... Do you lead a more stress free life and don't worry about being late, or do you tend to be more OCD and show up on time or early?
These three always throw in great twists and discussions throughout their episodes, this is one you're sure to enjoy.

"Chris McCoy" - Army Ranger, Artist and Apparel Brand
3 DEC 2019 · Chris McCoy was a member of the Army 2D Battalion - 75th Ranger Regiment. He deployed multiple times and saw plenty of combat. He also owns Level Seven Apparel and is a nationally known graffiti artist. His work is amazing!
Chris started out drawing at an early age and he's used it as an outlet for the transition from being in the military, back to civilian life. They discuss how passions like that tend to help get peoples minds off of some of the shit they've had to deal with. Kevin brings up that anyone in their line feels fear, and that most of the time, that's what draws them back to their training to handle certain circumstances they may face. He also says that anyone who denies that fear, is full of shit. Sully & Chris agree, and Chris relates that back to a time in Bosnia when he was in an intense firefight, he can remember how his toes felt in his boots, the smell of body odor emitting from himself and more. Typically a normal person wouldn't recall that type of thing, but in these moments, they seem to be engrained in your mind.

Austin-based comedian Mike MacRae began performing at the Houston Laff Stop in 1999 and soon developed his trademark style of blending impressions and traditional stand-up. Mike’s television debut was on Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend” in 2001 and he has since performed on “The Late Show with David Letterman”, NESN’s “Comedy All-Stars”, and was a full cast member on the TBS sketch show “Frank TV”. Mike has been a part of the Master’s Showcase at the Montreal Just for Laughs Comedy Festival and has also performed at the SXSW, Moontower, and Limestone Comedy Festivals. As a regular on the nationally syndicated “Bob and Tom Show” he has toured theaters across the country as part of their All-Stars Tour, and has most recently toured opening for Patton Oswalt and Mike Birbiglia.
Since 2011 Mike has been a writer/performer for The Jimmy Dore Show, a political comedy show on YouTube, and has similarly contributed to Doug Loves Movies, The David Feldman Show, The Young Turks, Rooster Teeth, and Master Pancake Theater. Mike’s sketches have been featured on HuffPo Comedy and showcased at the Austin Film Festival.
As a voice-over performer, Mike’s distinctive voices and impressions have been heard on the Howard Stern Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim’s “Mike Tyson Mysteries”, Showtime’s “Our Cartoon President”, as well as scores of anime titles from ADV Films. Mike has voiced such video games as Kingdom Hearts III, Toy Story 3, Where the Water Tastes Like Wine, and he is regularly featured in the DC Universe Online and KingsIsle Entertainment.
