It's not often that a new book opens our minds to what we already know but didn’t really know it; I Connecting does just that.
I, the name we use when referring to ourselves, is more than an identifier, it is an important part of the human being. When we begin to work with it we are empowered.
This book reveals the way the I engages with the human body, soul and spirit. The I can be called the Self, or higher ego, which is often overshadowed by the instincts of our lower ego. When we become aware of this we have the opportunity to change our behavior and to understand others and interact with them differently.

World-renown American psychologist and author, Robert Sardello published the first edition of this book by Australian author and business woman, Kristina Kaine.

21 APR 2018 · In this episode I talk about the nature of the soul, and I read parts of my book. I hope to motivate you to identify your own soul in your daily life.
My book I Connecting was published in 2007 when more people were becoming aware of the activity of their soul, and beginning to understand what we really mean when we say ‘I’. The confusion about the difference between our soul and our spirit kept coming to my attention. As I wrote about it in various places I could also see how difficult it was to place this ‘I’ in the scheme of body, soul and spirit - was it part of our soul, or part of our spirit, and did it have a place in our body?
It also became clear to me that unless we understand these differences we couldn’t really know ourselves. This understanding does not arise through reading about the differences, but by experiencing these differences in daily life. For soul and spirit are the tools we use to live life and unless we understand what the tools are, how can we use them in life?
