The newly regenrated Doctor crashes into london, meets a teenage student called Reece and then sets about uncovering a alien plot kidnaping the users of the underground and force them into the animalistic hunting grounds of Raxon.

After defeating the Raxons, Reece sets off on his thank you trip only to hit a bump in the road. A premium cruise liner sits abandoned with only a sarcastic and camp AI as caretaker. Reece, desperate to prove himself, boards the ship and discovers a mystery that confronts the Doctor's sense of self.
