Millennials, or members of Generation Y born between born between 1981 and 1994, rely heavily on use of technological tools.
Generation Z (Gen Z) having been born between 1997 and 2012 are sometimes called "zoomers" and are considered the first generation to be "digitally native"
Baby boomers born between mid-1946 and mid-1964 may not be as familiar with certain technologies and simply may not have a desire to use them.
