I used to struggle with this so much when I started my fitness journey. My cravings were always crazy high, and I used to always give in. This would often make me feel very guilty and upset, and it was a cycle that never seemed to end.
Fourteen years into this journey, I have learned a few strategies to help me take control of these cravings, and these are some of the strategies I share with my clients too.

Both Alyssa and I used to fear that missing workouts due to sickness would set us back to square one, causing frustration. However, after years on this fitness journey, we've learned that's not the case.
Taking a few days or weeks to rest due to sickness is the best thing you can do for your body and health! While it can be mentally tough, especially with an all-or-nothing mindset, we've shared some great tips to help you through it.
