The same goes for the BYU Football program, LaVell Edwards, Gary Crowton, Bronco Mendenhall, and now Kalani Sitake have found success in developing walk-on athletes who go on to star on the gridiron. Here's their story.

A 14-1 record and the program's first ever New Years Day Bowl. But how did they get there? The QB's who led these teams went on and were recognized for national awards and accolades including All-American honors, Sammy Baugh trophies, Davey O'Brien Awards, and a Heisman Trophy.
