11 JUN 2023 · Codependency Painful Emotional Dangers Rooted In Family Systems Re-Enacted In Adult Relationships
People with Codependency, more often than not, re-enact core childhood woundness from Family Sytems in Family of Origin in adulthood with people with BPD or NPD especially in significant other relationships. You need to focus on you now and your patterns and what you need to heal not continue to focus on a Borderline or a Narcissist and recycling relationship breakups with them which is only you repeating your multi-layered trauma and increasing your pain and loss of self.
24 DEC 2022 · Codependency has its roots in a childhood trauma response to varying degrees for people who have Codependency. People cannot heal from Codependency and/or the trauma bonded relationships with CLuster B's without a trauma-based and trauma informed healing and recovery process working with ana expert in this area.
The Codependent's Anonymous 12 Step program or other 12 step programs are not designed for the depthy of the process to heal your codependency. The 12 step groups are not the way to go and certainly not something to choose instead of working with an expert in your reccovery process.
