I hope to bring in a variety of diverse people on the show from all religions, cultures, and backgrounds to share their stories. Throughout the show, I hope to inspire people to speak out about their struggles and to know that they can overcome their mental health struggles. 26 APR 2024 · In this episode, we will check in on the problem of suicide. Suicide is a massive issue in our nation today and one that is not addressed enough. In the show, I have the privilege of bringing on a guest who attempted suicide. She can tell us more about her own experiences with this issue and how she overcame her mental health battles.

Maryna Kucheriava, an exchange student from Ukraine, who was supposed to return home two years ago is still in America because of the conflict in her nation. So, we will check in with her, and learn more about her struggles and the roots of this horrible conflict.
