Today, June sits down with Nathalie Mamo, Former Pro Basketball player, a Sports Television Presenter and Host of The Victorious Football Talent Show and WWE.
Basketball Career:
Born in a sports family, Nathalie grew up to become a professional basketball player since the age of 11. She was the youngest Arab player to ever play in first division at that age and join both the Junior and the Women National Team by the age of 13. After a career of 16 years being the captain of the best basketball teams in Lebanon and the National Team and after having won more than 65 titles on the personal, international and national level. Nathalie has decided to retire at the age of 26 being one of the most decorated players in history and pursue her career on TV.
TV Career:
In 2009 Nathalie was approached by MTV Lebanon to become the 1st woman who presents sports news on MTV. Throughout the years she has presented several sports and motor shows as well as created her own show dedicated for women athletes.
Nathalie has presented the openings of several international sports tournaments, launches of a lot of products (mainly cars) and appeared on many TV shows.
In 2012, Nathalie was offered job opportunities with both Sky News Arabia and BeIn Sports but decided to join Sky News Arabia in Abu Dhabi to become the presenter of the sports bulletins and the sports morning show where she had the chance to interview a list of class A athletes from different sports and cover various sports events.
Nathalie resigned from Sky News in February 2017 to move to another opportunity with OSN and MBC being the host of the first WWE show in the region until today.
Along with the above, In 2014, Nathalie was chosen to be the main host of the biggest Sports TV Reality show in the region “THE VICTORIOUS”, where she presented the “dailies” episodes along with the weekly primes. The jury on the show were the biggest football legends such as: Diego Maradona, Thierry Henry, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Ryan Giggs, Raul, Fabio Cannavaro, Roberto Carlos, Luis Figo and many others. Nathalie has presented season 1 , season 2 and season 3 of the show.
Nathalie is today considered a leading figure in sports media in the region. On November 28th 2017, Nathalie was chosen to host and moderate the “Asian Women Journalists Summit” and on December 28th 2017, Nathalie was the first Arab to be hosting the “Globe Soccer Awards , which she had the chance to host it again in 2018 and will host it in 2019.

Sophia is a Partner at Cherry Ventures. Based in Stockholm, Sophia brings her expertise on Nordic startups and a growing interest in the femtech space to the team. Sophia joined Cherry from Atomico, where she also served as Partner and created the firm's well-known Angel Program. Sophia is passionate about supporting early-stage companies, an interest she has discovered through 40+ angel investments of her own across Europe and North America. For seven years, Sophia also served as Spotify's Global Marketing Director, developing the audio platform from an apartment-based Swedish startup into an international household name. Aside from venture capital, she also acts as Board Director at the non-profit organization Race for the Baltic, is cofounder of AllBright.se, and is an innovation advisor to the Swedish Prime Minister. She has been presenting and lecturing globally for over 10 years. Her TV talk show "Womans View" on Sky 831 broadcasted over 300 episodes interviewing a range of women.
Zahra has also appeared on British media channels such as BBC, ITV3 and Channel4 speaking on Islamic issues. She has also been quoted in "The Telegraph" and "The Independent" news articles. Zahra had a meeting with the British Prime Minister in 2016 at 10 Downing Street where she projected to him the achievements of British Muslim Women.

Today, June sits down with Odun Eweniyi, named by Vogue and Bloomberg as one of 12 Women Leaders That Changed The World In 2020. In 2019 she was named one of Forbes Africa 30 under 30 Technology as well as 30 Quartz Africa Innovators 2019. Odun, the Co-founder of Piggyvest and Female Coalition, is well-known for her work leading Nigeria's premier savings and investments platform Piggyvest to over 1 million users.
In July, Odunayo Eweniyi formed a group with 12 other women called the Feminist Coalition with the aim of improving the rights of Nigerian women. When anger about the unchecked police brutality by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) reached fever pitch in autumn, they launched into action with their first project — and the #EndSARS movement became a rallying cry around the world.
She is also a prolific angel investor and recently co-launched an early-stage fund for women-led startups called FirstCheck Africa.
FirstCheck Africa invests up to $25,000 in these startups and will work with women to help them raise a significant pre-seed round within 12 months. Odun is also a board member of Village Capital - a US-based venture firm that's invested in over 110 startups who have gone to raise over $4 billion in capital.

In 2018Nicole delivered a keynote at Apple Regent Street and also hosted a panel discussion at Elle Weekender discussing race and identity.

Since her successful show, Nicole has curated an exhibition at the V&A, produced several discussions with Tate Britain and delivered projects and talks with the ICA and Southbank Centre.
In 2017, Nicole co-founded Black Girl Fest, the UK’s first festival celebrating Black British women and girls. In its first year, Black Girl Festival produced a takeover of TimeOut London magazine, two annual festivals, whilst building a growing community of over 30,000+ online and irl.
This year, Nicole plans to launch BIG SIS, a platform dedicated to supporting the personal development of creative working women. Nicole currently sits on the Members Board with Tate galleries representing Tate Collective and is also a VC Scout and Angel Investor with Ada Ventures- a £34 million fund investing in underrepresented founders.
